Online Funeral Wishes

My Last Request will give you the opportunity to detail your exact funeral wishes without the difficultly of discussing it with your family; something we all may find hard to do.

As well as recording your funeral wishes you will also be able to store photos and any personal video messages for your family and friends. You can also include information about the location of your original Will.

You can easily record and keep safe any other important information too; such as where your will is kept, or letting people know a list of people and organisations that you would like to be notified when you pass.

By recording your funeral wishes on My Last Request you will have the peace of mind that your wishes will be known and honoured.

In addition, if your wishes change over time, you can change them (as many times as you like) by simply logging on to your My Last Request account. Unlike amending your will, there are no costs for making amendments.

How Much Does The Service Cost?

There are 3 different plans giving you access to your account for differing time periods.

5 Year Access

A one-off fee of £24.95 will allow full and unrestricted access to your details to make changes and amendments as often as you feel necessary, for 5 years.

10 Year Access

A one-off fee of £49.95 will allow full and unrestricted access to your details to make changes and amendments as often as you feel necessary, for 10 years.

20 Year Access

A one off fee of £94.95 will allow full and unrestricted access to your details to make changes and amendments as often as you feel necessary, for 20 years.

Toward the end of your registration period you will be contacted and invited to renew for a further period of your choosing.

If you choose not to renew, your details will be removed.

Why Record My Wishes?

The idea behind My Last Request was that of Mark Tucker, the Director of MT Legal Services Ltd. Mark has experience in the legal profession for over 30 years, principally in the area of Will Writing and Probate Services. He found that many of his clients included their funeral wishes in their Wills but omitted to tell their family. There were therefore often occasions when the family decided not to look at the Will until after the funeral had taken place, only to find to their horror that they had gone completely against the deceased’s wishes.
